L&rsquo;\u00e9diteur et fournisseur de services Cloud souhaite \u00e9valuer la possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;implanter de cette mani\u00e8re des Datacenters \u00e0 la p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie des grands centres urbains c\u00f4tiers tout en r\u00e9duisant la facture \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique du poste Refroidissement, ainsi que les \u00e9ventuelles nuisances pour les habitants.
