Conduire l&rsquo;ensemble des projets d&rsquo;\u00e9volution et de d\u00e9lestages des Data Centres existants.<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Synth\u00e8se des co\u00fbts suite \u00e0 l\u2019Audit technique d\u2019infrastructure r\u00e9alis\u00e9, d\u00e9finir le budget n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 cette r\u00e9habilitation. Pr\u00e9senter les co\u00fbts pour obtention du budget,<\/li>\n<li>Suivi des co\u00fbts et calculs des investissements jusqu\u2019en 2013,<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9finition des processus \u00e0 mettre en place dans le cadre de la gestion du data Center (cahier d\u2019exploitation, bonne pratique du Data Center),<\/li>\n<li>Superviser le bon d\u00e9roulement du projet et prise en compte dans le planning des chantiers techniques (TOIP, mutualisation des flux market Data\u2026planning, reporting\u2026),<\/li>\n<li>Coordonner avec les diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9quipes le chronogramme \u00e0 mettre en place et d\u00e9finir les actions de chacun, synth\u00e9tiser les validations techniques, garantir la qualit\u00e9 des validations prononc\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Transf\u00e9rer les serveurs et \u00e9quipements actifs de la salle informatique de Saint Quentin (hors Production) vers Cotentin : ~ 300 serveurs dont HD9990<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Manager le chantier de fusion des liens t\u00e9l\u00e9coms des diff\u00e9rents partenaires (Bloomberg, GL Trade\u2026) de l\u2019architecture SGAM sur l\u2019architecture AMUNDI,<\/li>\n<li>S\u2019assurer que le d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement des infrastructures sous-jacentes (LAN, SAN, baies c\u00e2blages, serveurs\u2026),<\/li>\n<li>S\u2019assurer que les r\u00e9siliations des liens op\u00e9rateurs et la d\u00e9construction de ceux-ci sur l\u2019ancien Data Center.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">D\u00e9m\u00e9nagement de 2 Data Center r\u00e9gion Parisienne vers 2 Data Center en Province<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Relocaliser 2 salles h\u00e9berg\u00e9es aujourd\u2019hui en R\u00e9gion parisienne\u00a0 dans 2 b\u00e2timents construits par le Groupe CA.,<\/li>\n<li>Aspect urbanisation des salles,<\/li>\n<li>Identifier les t\u00e2ches li\u00e9es \u00e0 cette relocalisation en tenant compte de l\u2019architecture r\u00e9seau cible (CISCO de type Nexus),<\/li>\n<li>Identifier les sc\u00e9narii de d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement ainsi que les risques associ\u00e9s,<\/li>\n<li>Quantifier les m\u00b2 ainsi que les Kw n\u00e9cessaires avec l\u2019arriv\u00e9e des \u00e9quipements,<\/li>\n<li>Travailler avec le groupe CA sur l\u2019appel d\u2019offres tout en gardant \u00e0 l\u2019esprit de s\u2019int\u00e9grer dans la gouvernance du projet,<\/li>\n<li>Comit\u00e9 technique et pilotage,<\/li>\n<li>Reporting,<\/li>\n<li>Apporter une expertise sur les bonnes pratiques de Data Center.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Environnement Technique :<\/strong> Server Windows, Unix et linux, Baie EMC, Sun M9000\u2026Equipements r\u00e9seaux : CISCO<\/h4>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>REHABILITER 500 M\u00b2 DE SALLES TECHNIQUES EN DATA CENTER DE NIVEAU 2<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[80],"tags":[76,79],"class_list":["post-2835","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-realisations","tag-datacenter","tag-move"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.9 -
